Error while applying PeopleSoft Update Manager fix: Cannot get patch level from target database HR9

If you are applying to a demo image, you will see this message in the PUM wizard.  Before continuing, apply the fix from E-PUM Cannot get patch level from target database HR92DMO. Use tools release 8.53.00.000 instead. (Doc ID 1572734.1).  The step Re-synching target maintenance log will also fail with no logs generated if this workaround has not been applied.  Once the fix is applied, this step will succeed; however, the logs will still not be created - this is ok and will be fixed in a future patch release.
