Permission list migration issue

Hi All

i made a page authorized in permission list.

after migrating the permission list ....it migrates successfully but...OPRID or user still cannot view that authorized page......

to fix this i need to manually go to that permission list .....uncheck the authorized page & again check it .....save the page......

i dont what tables are not getting updated after migrating the permission list.......

any help ?
