Hi

I am getting The Resource ID has not been set up for you. Please contact your System Administrator error when I attempt to open Collection Agent>Collections form, Collector's Work Queue, Search and Statement. We are using R12 ( 12.1.3 ). I dont know why I am getting this error.

Please can any one help me.?
