Update Action link in workflow notifications

Hi All,

We are in version 12.1.2

In Self Service HR notifications, there is a link called 'Update Action' thru which approver who receives the notification can update the related request details.

It will take to the actual request and he can update the details over there and submit

Is this related to configuration?

Can we make this link viewable/updateable for selected approvers alone?

Please shed light on this
