How to find out the version of RMS installed

 Hi,
I would like to know where to go and look for current version of Oracle RMS application deployed. 
In the case of database version one would query v$instance on the database which then, would return the current version of the database installed and running. 
Similarly in the case of RMS application, I would like to know the location for the property file, log file location and or other file location to look for the current version of RMS deployed and running. 
The application support team says the current version running is 13.2.3.1, how would I verify that? 

Please help.
