Payment Predictor Payment Worksheet Application page not showing how payment was applied???
Hi, I have another Payment Predictor question for the group. When I run payment predictor with a customer ID as the only reference and it applies the payment, the resulting payment worksheet application page does not show what item the worksheet is applying the payment to. This occurs for any payment that is applied with payment predictor when using Item ID as a reference only.
The worksheet application page has no rows displaying, but the worksheet is saved to batch standard.
Should the payment worksheet application page show the items that payment predictor has applied payments to?
