URL is incorrect for WF mailer notifications

Hello, we have following problemWhen any concurrent has been finished the wf mailer appears with the url in order to review the concurrent details, but the url point to https://integrate.bepensamotriz.com.mx when must be to https://ebsoonline.bepensamotriz.com.mx
Please help us to identify what setting/profile option should be changed to achieve desired result. I attached example of the e-mail notification. Thanks in advance.
