Maintenance Packs - Compare and Report

Does anyone know of an easier way to run compare reports between environments after you have applied an Oracle PS FIN maintenance pack to a test environment, to assure that you haven't overwritten any customizations?

We have applied MP11_D in one of our test environments and have ran the compare reports against another environment within in App Designer.  The App Designer pulled up 200+ windows for us to go through! There has to be another tool out there or something easier to help prevent from missing a customization and a faster way to determine what needs to be put back into your environment.
