DBA role for RMS app schema

 Hi,

In our installation as I was going through the privileges and roles granted to the RMS application schema (RMS13 in our case) in our RMS database, I find DBA role granted.  Is it a default that, the app schema gets a DBA role?  
Is there a dire necessity of a DBA role being granted to the App schema?  Are there any set or predefined roles identified to be given to the RMS app schema? Just curious.  If someone can share their experiences that would help.
