Deposit Items Functionality

Dear Oracle Retail Community,


I would like know some information regarding deposit items created in RMS 13.2.4 as mentioned below

1. What item should be scanned at the POS i.e; container or content? since the price of the container is zero in item_export.xml and item_loc table in RMS.
2. How does  POS store the deposit amount? 
3. After studying the item_export.xml of orpos extract batch, i dont see this contains any information regarding the field:Price per UOM calculation type(exclusive or inclusive of deposit amount). So how the POS know the total price?
4. If i understood correct, While returning the deposit returnable item at POS, the retailer must return the deposit amount to customer. here my question is what type of transaction must be performed in POS. Since there wil be paid out i mean a return or sale?
