VP1 user does not exist or the password is. (PeopleSoft Enterprise)

Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

 

I could not get into PeopleSoft Enterprise Learning Management 9.2 Media Pack because they know what the root.

Try with VP1/VP1 (Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.)
Try with PS/PS    (Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.)

Try with PTWEBSERVER/PEOPLE2012 (

And nothing

Please help I could solve this and I have a week and half fighting.
