Differences between the Resource Roles ‘Collections Agent’, ‘Collections Manager’ and ‘Collections A

Hi All,

I wondered if anyone has ayn documentation detailing the difference between ‘Collections Agent’, ‘Collections Manager’ and ‘Collections Administrator’, from a resource role perspective please?

I found some descriptions of these responsibilities but am more looking to find information on each resource role.
