Unable to receive Verification code for Override address in WFMailer

Hi
 We are currently running Ebus R12.1.3 and need to set override email address in WFMailer in our cloned instance. When we give new override email address the 'verification Code' is not getting to the email box of that over ride address.

Did any one have similar issue ? How do we fix this issue so that we can let the users to test.

BTW-- We did update back end table with the over ride address...but wanted to make sure the email part is working fine from the application (OAM) .

Any help?
