UNIX<AIX> RMS Batches migrate to LINUX machine

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question
Hello Everyone
Is there a way we can migrate our existing batches deployed under UNIX machine to LINUX machine<OEL 5.3>? like copy from unix and paste it to linux and do some configuration, and not requiring us to install a fresh  linux batches.
