CI tested in APP Designer Gives Different Results When Provided in Web Service

I have created a ci(get only) from TE_ADVANCE_INQ. The data(properties) I am after on the component is EX_ACTN_PENDING_VW and EX_APRVL_HIST. When I test the CI in App Designer it dispays all related records as i expect. After creating and providing web service, on submitted cash advances I only get pending records... on approved cash advances I get only the submit record of the aprvl_hist.
Anyone experience this? Any help is appreciated.
