HRMS 8.9 to 9.1 upgrade

Hi all,

I am assigned to a project in wich I would have to upgrade PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9 to HCM9.1. Client is using Oracle database.

Please share you experience regarding HRMS upgarde. how to handle importat task like Initial move,Customization, Compare Report, data conversion and any other important task that I missed.
