Use this discussion thread to comment on your experience using the following DFW plug-in to help resolve or prevent a service request.  Please let us know whether the diagnostic worked as intended, or how you would like to see it improved.
Details: This plug-in will identify any oprids that have been locked and the associated process instance numbers that can cause Process Scheduler failures.

Customers can download the plug-in, copy the project in their environment & run the plug-in periodically to query key Process Scheduler records to help diagnose issues with their Process Scheduler data. This plug-in does not update any data. It simply analyzes existing data & presents a report.
