Monitor Approvals workflow page is having severe performance issues, anyone else having problems wit

We have only been live since July 1, 2013 (9.1, 8.52) and already when we go to the Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Monitor Approvals page the search takes a very long time to load when searching by VoucherApproval process id.

We did not convert any voucher data and as of July 15th we only had 11,543 vouchers with 18,324 lines and 26,441 distrib lines.    The performance on this page is very concerning because we typically do that many vouchers or more every month. This tells me that each month, as we create more items (journals, vouchers, requisitions, purchase orders, etc) it is only going to get worse.  We need to be able to use this page so that we, as workflow administrators can restart, reassign, etc.
