AME WORKFLOW APPROVAL ERROR

Hi community

i perform approval process for payable invoice; i am in multiorganisation environment,

we have befor today  setup for 4 compagnies and all its OK.

but i now i try to setup same rules for an other org_id, i have this message error when i have  the following error message:


"APP-SQLAP-10000: ORA-20001:Thhis transaction's requestor lacks a person ID, so AME cannot locate the requestor's supervisor to begin the chain of autority.occured in AP_WORKFLOW_PKG.Get_ALL_Approvers ...while performing the following operation: set variables from workflow".

the requester is defined as emplyees and his user name is associated with.
