OIF 11g OAM 11g Integration - 500 internal server error

 Hello, We are integrating OIF 11g (11.1.1.2) with OAM 11g. OIF is being used as IDP. after completing the integration when testing the SSO with url

We are getting 500-internal server error while accessing the above link. What could be the issue here to check?

Please let me know the complete steps for OIF 11g and OAM 11g integration to verify this integration (In case we are missing anything)
