Regarding Notification Worklist

Hi,

Our requirement is to personalize notifications worklist (i.e. to change look and feel of worklist screen, to add/hide some of the existing buttons etc.).

Some of the required changes are --

(1) Grouping of notifications based on type (i.e. HR related notification comes under HR and these can be viewed by clicking on 'HR' hyperlink)

(2) New search buttons to be added on worklist screen

(3) New blank fields to be added to enter search criteria

How and upto what extent these functionalities can be added in worklist screen.

Is it more beneficial to make custom worklist screen using OAF then to personalize standard screen?
