LDAP in Read only mode post upgrade from 10.1.4..0 to 10.1.4.3

I have upgraded my LDAP from 10.1.4.0.1 to 10.1.4.3 and post that i am facing this issue. During Upgrade i did not get any error. Please help us  as production system we are facing this problem.

Exception encountered when fetching the user
Exception in thread "main" oracle.ldap.util.UtilException: NamingException encountered in ldapModify [LDAP: error code 53 - Server currently in read only mode. Update operations not allowed]
