How can i create a new action under supervisory level action type

Hi community

I have a ap invoice  hierarchy for 11 and 12 approvers;

for my rule i use as action type supervisory level, i need to creat an action which say: Require approvals up to the first twelve superiors.

in setup==» action type==» use existing action type i choose supervisory level and under actions i click on Create

in the widow i have:

Action type: supervisory level

Description

Parameter One

I dont khnow what i will put in parameter One
