JDK 1.7.0_02 vs jdk-7u9-windows-x64

The reason for my writing is because I am a little confused and need some clarification.

 

When I go to edelivery.oracle.com to download the items I need to install HCM 9.2, they deliver V35015-01.zip. Which when unzipped is jdk-7u9-windows-x64.exe.

 

We are planning to move to SQL Server instead of Oracle db.

So, when reviewing the install guide for 8.53 on SQL Server, they directed me to a page to download 

"… Oracle Java 7 64-bit JDK version 1.7.0_02 or higher …" and I totally understand that the guide is a

bases (or starting point) and not the be-all to end-all.
