Booting the Application server using "psadmin" -- Please Help

Dear Experts, 

   I am in the process of writing a script in Windows to shutdown, clear the cache and startup an application server. I am intitally tyring ti understand the psadmin cmd line. 

   To start the Application server, I am using the below command, but getting an error as highlighted, Request you to help me undersdtand what is going wrong here. 

   
c:\SA9.0\appserv>psadmin -c boot -d SAIT0413
Domain SAIT0413 does not exist!


    My Domain Name is SAIT0413, still trying to understand what is going wrong here. 

    PFA the screenshot which shows the Domain-name and the PS_HOME from where I triggered the psadmin.exe.
