move from Oracle DB to SQL Server

We are currently running PeopleSoft HR 9.1 on Oracle and are considering moving to SQL Server.  We are interested in hearing from any other PS customers who have made this switch to get their general impressions on how the migration worked out for them and any other advice they would share.  As an IT shop, we have numerous other applications running on SQL Server and are comfortable with the platform.  Our main concern is the migration itself.
