Working with component interfaces using .net?

 Hello,
Are there any tutorials or procedures for working with component interfaces using .net? We are currently trying to use C# with the COM library, but are running into issues when registering the library. Specifically "Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {98EF9311-8626-11D2-B433-0060088C7EF7} failed due to the following error: 80040154 Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))."

We are trying to setup single sign on in a pagelet. If anyone has any suggestions they would be appreciated.
