HCM 9.1 Arabic Support

Hi ,

I am in process of creating one demo database of HCM 9.1 + 8.53. I want to have Arabic language enabled on this. I have using Translation media Pack. But while doing database setup

I am not getting Arabic language listed out.

Can someone help on this? how we can install Arabic in Peoplesoft.
