Application Bundles in ELM 9.2

Team,

I am facing difficulty using oracle vm image to create  package and apply the change in my elm 9.2instance. could you please help me with the process document how to create package from oracle delivered image and apply in my 9.2 instance.

I am also facing some vague error when creating and applying the package which we created. Please find the screen shot attached,
