Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear Support,

Kindly add notes to the following:

1. Reason of having option to create an Employee in ReSA, even though we can create an employee in POS?.

2. How the totals are created in ReSA will flow to POS?

3. How the setup information will synchronize between POS and ReSA. i.e., Employee detail and Totals etc.,
