Has anyone set-up the Interaction Hub with tools 8.53 and PeopleSoft 9.2? I am very interested in

My company is looking into setting up the Interaction Hub and use this for our primary User Interface to PeopleSoft.  Has anyone else set this up?  What has your experience been?  Any unexpected difficulties encountered?
