FYI: Running BI Publisher reports fail with: The conversion of a varchar data type to a datetime dat

If you are on either a Sql Server or Informix database on PeopleTools 8.52.18 or 8.53.06, then when you run BI Publisher reports, they will fail with error:
"A SQL error occurred" and in the Appserver log file, it will display error:

"PSAPPSRV.2024 (116) [2013-08-10T14:25:23.839 GetCertificate](3) Returning context. ID=xxx, Lang=ENG, UStreamId=142523839_2024.116, Token=LSPROD/2013-08-10-07.25.23.000452/CHITREM/ENG/zeQnhJLRFinwBAltJQQCySiPyjE=
