Java Error when clicking on link 'Invoice Action items' in Payables Hold Notification

Hi all,

Last friday we rolled out cumulative patches :

Since then we run into a problem in the AP Invoice Hold resolution workflow notifications. When clicking on 'invoice Action Items' the following java error appears.

Is this some kind of memory issue?
