DMS: Run Mobile server 11Gr2 as a windows service

Hi, my question is to know how to run Mobile Server 11GR2 as a Windows service instead of running the file runmobileserver.bat.  My installation use Weblogic as the application server.With Oracle Lite 10.3.0.3.0 I was using a java wrapper but I don't think I can use it anymore because of web logic.
