Workflow for oracle quoting fetching database host name instead of application host name

hi,
We are on R12 12.0.6.We have facing issue with quote details link generated through workflow notification.Workflow notification link is fetching database hose name instead of application host name.When we clikc on the quote details link,it is not opening as it is fetching database host name .
So any one here tell me how we can figure out the issue.I have checked all the setup for users but not understand why it is fetching database host name for workflow link.
