Our process to apply updates has changed when PUM came out. This will affect 9.2 applications running PT 8.53.
Once the Change Packages are created, the recommendation is to test applying it on other environments first (STAGING. TEST, DEV, UAT) before finally migrating the changes to PRODUCTION. As you do the testing, you might need to consider your customizations.
