Can't get Preload Cache to work in 8.53.04.

We just upgraded from PeopleTools 8.51.16 to 8.53.04. I am trying to run the script process we had in place to rebuild the Application Server cache. Shutdown and purge work fine but when it gets to the part to preload the cache I get the following error:

I'm not sure why it needs to sign on to the database - we have the process working in another database that does not have the userid we use to preload the cache. We use the same user to start the Application Server and they start up fine.
