Output File not going to Output destination

Hi All;

We havea situation where the output file produced by the process in process scheduler is not going to the output destination.!!!

Tools: 8.49.11

PS:9.0

e.g. For dddaudit,

   a- set *Type to File, *Format = PDF, Output Destination = network url ( \\servername\...)

    process complate to success but nothing in the output destination!!!

 b- in dddaudit prcss defn,Destination tab, set: *type=file, format=pdf,desitnation source=process defn, output dest=network drive url( \\servername\...)

   still nothing is written inoutput destination.

e.g AE /xml publisher: WE get:

   / /Data: Permission denied. (2,827)

even with the report definition changed to reflect the output destination.
