question on ps query

Hi all

i cannot see one custom query from peopletool query tool but it is listed in PSQRYDEFN table

oprid filed is blank

qry approved field is A

createoprid field contain 'some oprid'  example : 'ABC'

createdttm field contain 'some date'

can anyone tell me why i cannt see this query?

 i login as 'ABC' also to see if its private query......didnt help......neither i cant see it
