ORA-12899 running demo load and also at one of the step in upgrade

Hi All,

Has anyone experience this before that loading the generic PeopleSoft demo database (our is HCM 9.2), the DMS load failed with ora-12899?  We are running unicode on Oracle 11.2.0.1 database.  The interesting thing is when I first built the initial HCM 9.2 demo, I had no issue.  Then when we started the second demo, (we didn't use database backup and restore to build the second because I am demonstrating the steps to support staff) the dms then started to fail with ora-12899.  We initially though it was the DBA didn't create the second database correctly, but now we are getting the same ora error
