On and Off Email Notifications

Hi Guys,
Need your help, we're currently using gmail as our company email. Then our users reported that they don't receive any email notifications from Oracle. We advised them to check the Preferences and update the notifications setup for email style into HTM mail . All our user followed this and they receive email notifications, then following days the error appeared again. Upon checking the setup for Notifications it was automatically DISABLED.
