Internally Created ADHOC notification in workflow

 Hi all,

In POAPPRV approval workflow, for one of the 'PO PDF to the Supplier' notifications which is spawned after the 'Send notification to all web suppliers' function, the recipient is ADHOC245653851212907838PO.

I checked in the wf_local_roles table and this role exists by the same name and was created (automatically) by the person who approved the PO.

I tried investigating but did not find any helpful articles on this.

Can anyone please explain this?
