Compare report not showing anything eventhough there are differences

Hi All;

Tools: 8.49.11, ps: 9.0

I have a project with 1 component, 2 pages, 3 records, sql, portal registry, msg catalog, queries, peoplecodes

the project is in both db( source/target), however, the page was changes a bit in the source db. when I run compare report, nothing appear in the report

it should show that the page property is different.!!!. the report filter is on default.

has any one ever come accross this issue?, I did delete my local cache, still not working
