"My Reports" pagelet Not Ideal for XMLP Report Admin Users

Hello - has anyone found a usable alternative similar to the delivered "My Reports" pagelet, except for admin users? When bursting an XMLP report, report admin users see all users in the "My Reports" pagelet. Would like a way for report admin users to see only their area's reports under "My Reports.'

The only option I can think of is to have a separate "report admin" user ID and then another "non-admin" user ID for the admins to have "My Reports" be usable.
