Waves and Picks

 

Dear Support,

Once the store order was flown from SIM - WMS, We will assign picks and create a new Wave in Available Status.

1. Are the Picks assigned to Location and Item are fixed? Do we need to change the picking type based on Store order request?

   What is the exact procedure?

2. How does the Wave and Picking was co-related in WMS? We know, A single wave can satisfy Multiple Store orders , But how it happens 

     at WMS, Is there any Algorithm used ?
