How to Delete\Deactivate Item-Supplier link

Hello,

  RMS 13.2

   When a retailer decides not to buy some Item from a Supplier - how to deactivate or delete Item-Supplier link from RMS?

       We cannot to delete this link, because RMS doesnt allow it, because of several closed POs exists in the system.

       If we set up "supp_discontinue_date", RMS allows to create PO after this date, and its not very reliable prohibition.
