Default Process Scheduler when submitted process scheduler is not selected.

We are on FSCM 9.0 MP#13, Tools 8.49. We had a strange issue hit last night.  Some processes were queued up to run when it was believed they should have run.  The issue eventually cleared itself up but I'd like to know why the jobs without a selected server queued instead of running in the open server.

We have three process schedulers running, PSNT, PSUNX, PSUNX2, each with a maximum of 3 concurrent process per process type. So at most, 3 of any process type (SQR Report, AppEngine, etc.). The PSUNX process scheduler is designated as the master (Server List Tab Master = 'Y'.

Last night, running month-end reporting we had 3 SQR Report processes running in the PSNT process scheduler, and a number (20) of PO SQR Report process, POPO005.SQRqueued up. The POPO005.SQR processes were submitted with no server selected in the process definition.
