Item on shipment is already reconciled error in RMS

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question
Hi,

I have an issue in my system where receiptcre message has failed in RIB with below error.

Item <item_no> on shipment <shipment_no> is already reconciled error in RMS.

transfer is closed for shipment

reconcile_qty is null and received_qty is 0 for the transfer

shipment is in R status

qty_received is 0 in shipsku but qty_expected is postive and value is same as distro_qty in tsfdetail but with negative sign
