Unable to release a planned order from ASCP planner workbench in 11i

Hello,

We are facing one issue while releasing planned order from ASCP planner workbench. Getting below error

Error in release Process. Please check the setup

ORA-01403: No data found

ORA-06512: at "APPS.MRP_AP_REL_PLAN_PUB", line 175.

With reference to this we checked below points

1. Create responsibility on source as well with same details & attach it to user who is releasing planned order- Done.

2. check the user name is same on source & destination instance - Done.

Still we are facing this issue. Please help us in this case.
