Dunning process in R12

Hi

We have migrated to R12.1.3.
What is the process of generating dunning letters in R12.

Do we have to run the program "progam IEX: Scoring Engine Harness " every time we want to generate
dunning lettes? What this program does?

Is it sufficent to run the program IEX: Send Dunning to Delinquent Customers to generate dunning letters?

We are not using any custom scoring and using the free version of oracle advanced collections
